We consulted on the Sixth Edition in 2018 and published the new Code on 4 March 2019.  The text of this Code supersedes all previous editions.  Complaints received on or after 23 September 2019 will be considered under this Code.  Complaints received before this time will be considered under the Fifth Edition.
